Available Roles - Web Developer

Front-End Developer

  • Role

    Transforms design mockups and prototypes into user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Optimizes website performance and ensures a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.

  • Requirements

    Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and AJAX). Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less, or Stylus) and understanding of responsive design principles are beneficial.

  • Soft Skills

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers and back-end developers. Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces. Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and debug code.

  • Education

    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills and experience can substitute for formal education in some cases.

  • Considerations

    Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and experience with content management systems (CMS) are valuable additions. Staying updated on the latest front-end technologies and trends is essential for success in this field.

Full-Stack Developer

  • Role

    Handles both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side) development of web applications. Creates the entire web application architecture, ensuring smooth integration between front-end and back-end functionalities.

  • Requirements

    Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, along with a server-side scripting language like Python, Java, or PHP for back-end development. Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Laravel, Spring) is crucial.

  • Soft Skills

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex web development challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.

  • Education

Social Media Marketing Manager

  • Role

    Develops and executes social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.

  • Requirements

    Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), understanding of social media marketing best practices, knowledge of social media analytics tools, content creation skills (writing, graphic design).

  • Soft Skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Content Marketing Specialist

  • Role

    Creates and manages high-quality, engaging content (blogs, articles, social media posts, etc.) to attract and retain a target audience.

  • Requirements

    Excellent writing and editing skills, SEO knowledge, content marketing strategy experience, understanding of buyer personas and content creation for different stages of the sales funnel.
